1.Uniform cord angle:Minimize the inner shear force.
2.Increase the bead rings:
The increased quantity of the bead rings greatly strengthens the bead area and
reduces the occurrence of blow out around this area when overloaded. All our tires
under the sizes of 51' and 57' are designed with one more bead ring than other brands tires under the same sizes and even distribution of steel cord.
3.Even distribution of the turn up of body ply:
The turn up of body ply is evenly distributed to reduce the concentration of stress, and greatly improves the stiffness of the carcass and the lateral toughness on the tire sides. This also reduces loosening or cracks around the turn up area and enhances the durability and impact-resistance of the tire.
4.Double-layer inner liner with 2 different compounds:
The inner liner is exceptionally designed in double layers with 2 different compounds increasing the thickness of the liner to more than 10.5 mm. This design first increases the anti-permeability of the inner liner and as a result effectively reduces most problems occurred on the inner liner.
